Join Dr. Lindsay Chimileski for a monthly class that provides a deep dive into holistic healing through the seasons. From fall through early spring, we’ll explore how to identify wild herbs and fungi, craft your own remedies, and align your life with nature’s rhythms.

Dr. Lindsay is a Naturopathic Doctor, acupuncture specialist, and registered herbalist with a lifelong passion for reconnecting people with the wisdom of the natural world. With over 20 years of experience in the field of holistic health, she blends science, spirit, and seasonal rhythms to help others remember how to care for themselves and their loved ones through nature-based medicine.

Whether she’s leading a mushroom walk, teaching formulation skills, or brewing broths and teas, Lindsay empowers her students to build confidence, curiosity, and resilience through plant and fungi allies.She owns and operates Hawthorn Holistic Health in Hamden CT, where she works with a wide variety of patients using an integrative, root-cause approach.
