SUMMARY:Wreath Making Workshops
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our festive wreath workshops\, where you’ll learn to design and decorate your own beautiful holiday wreath from scratch. \nGuided by our knowledgeable instructors\, you’ll craft a stunning\, personalized wreath using a 12‑inch metal frame\, fresh greenery\, and a wide selection of natural and seasonal decorations — including pinecones\, dried flowers\, ornaments\, and more. Everyone will create their own unique wreath to take home or give as a heartfelt gift. \nWhether you’re a returning participant or a complete beginner\, these workshops offer a fun\, hands-on experience in a small group setting with supportive guidance throughout. Come with friends or meet new ones and leave with a one‑of‑a‑kind wreath to brighten your home for the holiday season. \nWorkshop spaces are available on a first‑come\, first‑served basis and often sell out\, so early registration is encouraged. Registration required. \nPrivate Wreath‑Making & Decorating Parties \nLooking to host a festive\, hands‑on holiday gathering? We offer private wreath‑making and decorating parties for families\, friends\, community groups\, and organizations. Enjoy a fun\, creative experience tailored to your group\, complete with guided instruction and all materials provided. \n\nWreath-Decorating Away Programs \n\nPrefer to host us? We offer away programs where a Flanders educator travels to your organization or center with a wreath-decorating kit and set-up! This is perfect for senior living communities\, community centers or parent/family nights at school. A kit includes 1 balsam fir wreath base per person\, glue guns\, natural materials & holiday decorations and inspiring ribbons to celebrate the season.\nWreath-decorating Away Programs are 1 hour and include all materials. \nTo schedule a private party or learn more\, contact Amber McDonald at amber@flandersnaturecenter.org or call the office at 203.263.3711. \n
