Flanders Farm Tea

To celebrate Flanders first beginnings as a working farm, the Art Committee of Flanders will host its Third Annual Spring Farm Tea in the original Flanders farmhouse.

There will be homemade cakes, scones, sandwiches and cookies, and of course pots of tea.  A highlight will be a raffle for a basket of locally-sourced items, including a needle-felted sheep.

Before the Tea, there will be a short talk by plant expert Fabienne Audette on wildflowers in the Van Vleck Sanctuary, and paintings of Flanders’ founder Natalie Van Vleck featuring flowers will be on display. The talk will take place in Van Vleck’s Studio, a few steps from the farmhouse.

Date & Time:  Sunday, May 5 at 4 PM |  Cost: $25.  The raffle drawing is included in the ticket price.  Proceeds from the Tea will support preservation and further development of Van Vleck’s artistic legacy.  Register for this event  REGISTRATION CLOSED
