Join Jodi Wasserstein and Heather Dever for fitness and fun while learning about the trail running craze with like-minded women. We will describe the benefits and techniques of trail running in this 3 session running program which leads up to the Flanders Field & Forest 5K. No running experience necessary. Please wear sneakers or trail running shoes. All sessions: weather permitting.
